Get Real. A Month-Long Lifestyle Intensive with Kate at Back Bay Yoga. In effect Oct 10-31. Meeting 4 Saturday mornings 8:30-11:30. Oct 10, 17, 24 and 31. Just wanted to see if I'm doing this correctly! I was thinking maybe we can discuss supplements ie.vitamins and stuff like protein shakes - ultimate meal etc etc. Being a vegetarian I'm a little concerned that I don't always get what I need.
